SUBARU STARLINK versus Chevrolet MyLink
The Subaru Impreza contains the SUBARU STARLINK multimedia system while the Chevrolet Cruze is equipped with the Chevrolet MyLink system. Both of these impressive infotainment systems can be connected to either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, depending on which smartphone you have. These programs connect your Impreza or Cruze directly to your iPhone or Android device and allow you to utilize multiple music, navigation, phone, and other apps directly on your dashboard display.
It can be frustrating sometimes when you need to find out where to go, but you forgot your phone. Thankfully, SUBARU STARLINK includes a TomTom navigation system in its programming. This allows you to get directions no matter if you have your phone connected or not. The Chevrolet MyLink requires a smartphone in order for navigation to be accessed.
The Chevrolet Cruze does have an available 4G LTE Wi-Fi system, while the Subaru Impreza does not, but, with STARLINK's voice-activated tools, available eight-inch touch-screen display, and a plethora of multimedia features included - such as: Pandora, iHeartRadio, SiriusXM, and aha by Harman - we don't think that you will be missing out on much.
